Dave Siegel knows what it takes to make it in the comedic arena and at just 30 years old, promises to be worth keeping an eye on. With close to 10 hectic, frantic and hilarious years doing what it takes, he is plotting a steady course built on solid stage work and the accelerated maturing of his material.
While Dave regularly focuses on relationships, family and religion, he is equally comfortable making political and social commentaries. There is no subject Dave is afraid to touch and enjoys pushing the envelope on issues other comics won't go near, yet he remains relatively clean.
His strength lies in an intellectual straight forward and dry wit that appeals to older crowds but exudes a youthful sarcasm that allows him to deliver his jokes while never cracking a smile himself.
Dave is a regular at comedy clubs around the country from Carolines on Broadway and to the Hollywood Improv. He has opened for comic giants such as Louie Anderson, David Alan Grier and Richard Lewis among many others.
He has appeared on CNN, FOX and in Comedy Central's 'Laugh Riots.'
Dave is also currently a staff writer for 'Life & Style' magazine.
